    ABOUT ROYAL WOOD

    Royal Wood is a gated, bundled golf community located off of County Barn Road, just north of Rattlesnake Hammock in South Naples.

    Conveniently located to all that Naples and Marco Island have to offer, Royal Wood is the perfect community for golf, fishing and boating enthusiasts.

    Properties within Royal Wood are comprised of low-rise condominiums, villas and single family homes that range in size from approximately 1,100 to over 2,000 square feet of living space. Most residences were built between 1988 and 2003.

    Amberly- Amberly Village is comprised of year round residents, seasonal owners and renters who are looking for warm temperatures and sunshine. We treat this community as our home. We have many wonderful amenities and activities in our Village. We have a tennis/pickle ball court, a beautifully renovated bocce court, swimming pool, spa, and Activity Center.

    Our beautiful Activity Center has ongoing Mahjong and dominoes games. We have our Amberly Little Lending Library - take a book and donate a book.  We also have a designated area for washing your car.

    Amherst-Nestled in the midst of Royal Wood Golf and Country Club with convenient access to the clubhouse, is the smallest of the Club's 6 condo communities, Amherst Cove. (Fortunately, our considerably smaller size than the others allow us greater intimacy.) There are 4 buildings comprised of 18 condos each laid out in a compact semi-circle. Within this arc are spacious woods, a tennis court (which also doubles as a pickleball court), a pool, a hot tub, a bocce court and the nexus of all activity in the community - our own club house, the largest of all others. The latter was uniquely built using the time and talents of farsighted AC members - only the cement foundation was contracted from the outside.

    The clubhouse is the focus of a great variety of activities throughout the season. These include regular games such as Bingo, Mahjong, Bridge and Poker. It is also used for meetings and special events (e.g., our annual St. Patrick's Day pancake breakfast). Of course, numerous cocktail parties and dinners, organized by our social committee, add to the overall congeniality of our community, and involve both renters and owners alike. More than 100 people can comfortably be accommodated in the building, though the great Florida weather allows most of our functions to be held pool side.

    Andover-Andover Square is a beautiful community made up of 144 condominiums divided into six two story buildings and four three story buildings. Each of the three story buildings have six condos on each floor and an elevator in the center. Each of the two story buildings have six condos on each floor.

    Some condos have two bedrooms and a den. Some have two bedrooms and a wider Living/ Dining room in lieu of a den. Every condo lanai provides a wonderful view of at least one of the Royal Wood Golf Course holes.

    The buildings are situated in a circle and in the center is a park-like area filled with dozens of palms, trees, and hundreds of tropical plants.

    Our community offers a large assortment of activities over and above those offered at the main Royal Wood Club House and Golf Course. Our facilities include a tennis court (converts to 2 Pickleball courts), swimming pool, hot tub, large shelter for community gatherings, designated smoking area, Bocci court and car wash station.

    Some of the activities offered are water aerobics on Mon., Wed. & Fri. mornings, tennis many mornings at 8:00am, Pickleball most mornings at 10:00am, bike rides to breakfast on Tues., Thurs., and Sat’s. at 7:30am, drinks and snacks at the pool shelter on Tues. at 5:00pm, Bocci on Tues. afternoons, and a monthly social event (often catered).

    Bloomfield-Welcome to Bloomfield Ridge. Bloomfield is nestled in the center of Royal Wood, with lanai views of the 8th tee and green as well as the 2nd and 7th fairways. Bloomfield has 4 three-story buildings, with a total of 96 condo units, and each building has an elevator situated in the middle of each building. Bloomfield is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of five Bloomfield residents. We have By-Laws, Rules and Regulations for the safety and enjoyment of all our members.

    The views from the front of all condos is of our beautiful, newly renovated, pool and hot tub as well as our combined tennis and pickle ball courts. The most popular sport in Bloomfield is Bocce, played on a regulation court. During season, organized leagues are held weekly for Men, Women, and couples, with a weekly cookout on Friday's. The games are well attended and are a centerpiece for social gatherings.  Combined with our bi- monthly pool parties, water aerobics, book club, pickle ball, and weekly mahjong games, Bloomfield is a great place to make lasting friendships. 

    Cobblestone-Cobblestone Court is a lovely condo community of 96 units with residents from all over the U.S.A., Canada, Germany and Switzerland. It consists of 8 two story buildings and their detached garages.

    Each condo has 2 bedrooms plus a den, two baths, a well-designed eat-in kitchen, a combined dining and living room, a spacious utility room, and a screened lanai.  The buildings surround a heated community swimming pool with a spa and tennis or pickle ball courts.  All the buildings are surrounded by the beautiful Royal Wood golf course.  Palm and pine trees and shrubbery create a lush tropical environment and provide beautiful views from every unit.  Centrally located within the Royal Wood property, Cobblestone is a short walk to the clubhouse, restaurant, fitness center and pro shop.

    Cobblestone is one of the smaller of the six Royal Wood villages and our residents enjoy a friendly and active lifestyle.  In season there is a swim fitness group that meets three times a week and a ladies lunch bunch that meets once a month at various Naples restaurants. We have a monthly book club, bridge groups, and men and ladies 9 - and 18 - hole golf groups. There are pool parties once a month and Happy Hours once a week organized by our social committee. In addition, residents are actively involved in all the various Royal Wood activities.

    Cranbrook-Cranbrook Colony is a 120-unit condominium community located in Royal Wood Golf and Country Club. Our condo units are all two bedroom, two baths with a den and are approximately 1,300 square feet.  The units are in ten two story units with twelve units per building. All units come with a one car garage and an associated parking spot in front of the garage.

    Our community is surrounded by the Royal Wood golf course. Holes number three, four, five and six make up the “Cranbrook Corner”.

    Our dedicated pool house is a great facility to hold our community activities. Our pool house was built using the time and talents Cranbrook owners. A weekly work crew meets on Tuesday mornings to perform routine maintenance of Cranbrook, adding to its great appearance.

    Is The Abaco Pointe Gated?

    Yes, Abaco Pointe is a gated community in North Naples. If you are Visiting the Abaco Pointe community, you will need to have the Abaco Pointe resident you are visiting let you in to the community. You will need to find their name on the kiosk at the community entrance, and the Abaco Pointe resident can push a button on their phone to open the gate for you when you call them. Abaco Pointe Residents have a “Transponder” sticker to put on their vehicle that will automatically open the gate for them. NOTE: The Gate Closes After Each Vehicle.

    What Are Villa Homes?

    All homes in Abaco Pointe are Villas, Sometimes Referred to as Attached Villas, or Twin Villas. Each homeowner shares one common wall in the middle with their neighbor. Besides being attached to a neighbor, all the Abaco Pointe Villas live just like Single Family Homes.
