  • 54.8% are Faucets and shower heads that need servicing

  • 54.5% are Exterior caulking or sealant that is missing

  • 53.7% are Outlet or light switch problems

  • 48% are circuit breakers (GFCI) with no or defective protection

  • 45.1% are Missing or defective smoke alarms

  • 45% are Cosmetic sheetrock cracks or nail pops

  • 40.5% are Fixtures and/or bulb problems

  • 33.9% are Interior caulking, grout and/or sealer that are missing.

  • 33.9% are Electrical service panel problems
