Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club is a beautiful, gated community located west of Sant Barbara Blvd. between Davis Blvd. to the south, and Radio Road to the north, and just minutes from Interstate 75. The main entrance and gate is off of Davis Blvd, and Glen Eagle residents also enjoy a secondary automatic gate off of Radio Road. Glen Eagle is a bundled golf community which means the golf membership is included with your property. The golf course is a par-70, 18 hole championship course which was designed by Mark McCumber In 1991, and the club recently completed a $3 million renovation project of the golf course.

Glen Eagle says they have a residence to fit every lifestyle, and the community consists of 1,234 homes comprised of 924 golf memberships and 310 social memberships.

Here are the 15 neighborhoods in Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club:

Addison Reserve is a community of 110 single family homes nearest the resident gate on Radio Road. 46 homes are deeded full golf membership, and 64 homes are deeded social memberships of Glen Eagle. The homes range in size from 1,559 SF – 2,129 SF, and they were built between 2000 – 2003.

Brittany Place is located just north of Glen Eagle's main gate. It is a Twin Villa community made up of seven Cul De Sac streets and 102 villas. The Twin villas are attached, and each unit has their own two-car attached garage. The homes range in size from 1,556 SF – 2,180 SF, and they were built between 1998 – 2001.

Chatham I is a community of 2-story buildings with 96 2 and 3 bedroom condos with detached, one-car garages and between 1,089 SF – 1,500 SF. Chatham was one of the first communities in Glen Eagle in 1990. Views overlook lakes and fairways of Hole 3 and 9. Chatham is conveniently located near the front gate, restaurant, club house, and pro shop.

Chatham II is the sister community 3-story buildings with 120 condos with detached carports. The homes in Chatham II range in size from 2 and 3 bedrooms with 1,089 SF – 1,500 SF, and they were built between 1991 – 1992.

Montclair Park Fairway Estate Homes community includes 79 single family homes, each with attached 2-car garages, spread among four streets. There are 46 homes on Provincetown Drive, 20 on Harwich Court, 8 on Chartwell Lane and 5 on Kenridge Place. More than half the homes adjoin the golf course, and others view preserve areas. All of the “Fairway Estate Homes” enjoy full golf membership, as well as the abundance of rich amenities offered to all Glen Eagle members.

Montclair Park Villas are located partially on Glen Eagle Boulevard, Weston Way and all of Marblehead Drive. The Club House, Divot and Fitness Center are within walking distance of Montclair Park Villas. There are 83 single-story 2-4 bedroom villas with 2-car attached garages, 46 units back up to the Golf Course. The Montclair Villas were built between 1992– 2000, and all the homes enjoy full golf memberships.

Saratoga Colony is a hidden gem within Glen Eagle, with its recently renovated tennis court and resort-like spa and swimming pool, nestled next to a wooded preserve. The community consists of ten buildings with twelve condos per building.

Sterling Greens I is a condo community with Two buildings with 47 total condos.

Sterling Greens II is a condominium community located at 6824 and 6828 Sterling Greens Place. Two beautiful landscaped buildings each have 24 units on four floors. Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club is considered a C.I.R.A. (Common Interest Realty Association) club, more commonly referred to as a “bundled” community.
