Bent Creek Preserve in North Naples was developed by CalAtlantic Homes beginning in 2015, and CalAtlantic Homes merged with Lennar Homes in February of 2018 making Lennar homes the nation's largest homebuilder. Lennar Homes finished building Bent Creek Preserve in 2020.

Bent Creek Preserve is very conveniently located in North Naples, just east of the Founder’s Square shopping area, close to I-75 for easy access to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and all of the shopping, dining, world-class beaches, entertainment and recreational venues offered on Southwest’s Florida coast.
