What is Cabana Resort in Bonita Springs?
Since the razing of Rode’s Restaurant and Fish Market in January 2021, Bonita Development LLC has been able to move forward with the various stages of permitting and site preparation in advance of construction on Bonita Spring’s first mega-entertainment, vacation and residential development, Cabana Resort. It offers 110 new luxury condominiums in a wide-ranging park-like setting with multiple features and amenities to engage and entertain all age groups. Pre-construction pricing starts in the $500,000 range for 2- and 3-Bedroom condominiums.
Located west of U.S. 41 on the north side of Bonita Beach Road between Vanderbilt Drive and Luke Street, the 25 acre property includes the existing Bonita Village at its west end, which will be later resurfaced and updated to reflect Cabana’s forward-looking design concept.
