First of All, Island Walk. Below, are some other options in Island Walk. I do not know exactly which price point you wish to stay within, so here are some other options in Island Walk, both the Oakmont Model (same as we looked at yesterday) and the Carlysle which is a bit larger, with a similar layout.

ISLAND WALK

Island Walk has 1,850 Homes, and was Built Between 1997-2003


VILLAGE WALK

Also off Vanderbilt Beach Road (1.5 Miles West of Island Walk) in North Naples, Village Walk was also built by DiVosta with essentially the same floor plans, similar Town Center and Amenities, etc. Divosta built Village First (between 1995-1998), then they built Island Walk (between 1997-2003). Village Walk has 850 homes.


STERLING OAKS

Sterling Oaks in another Resort-Style Community in North Naples, and is closer to the beach (just East of Tamiami Trail - Hwy 41), and is further north (north of Immokalee Road). There are 750+ homes in Sterling Oaks and it is a good mix of condos, attached villas, and single family homes.


VINEYARDS

I am adding the Vineyards on here just to see what you think. Vineyards is an established, and very desirable, community in North Naples. Single family homes are normally > $1 M which is why I added this one home currently for sale in Vineyards. Different type of community (not a resort-style community like the others on this page), but may be interesting.

SATURNIA LAKES

Saturnia Lakes is a large community just north of Island Walk which can be accessed of Immokalee Road (next major road north of Vanderbilt Beach Road) or a resident entrance on Logan Boulevard. All single family homes in Saturnia Lakes with nice amenities. There are 580 homes built between 2002-2005


VERONA WALK

Same Builder and similar concept to Island Walk and Village Walk. Located in South Naples, east of Collier Blvd. (951). There are 1,900+ homes built between 2004-2014


WINDING CYPRESS

Winding Cypress is located just south of Verona Walk in South Naples, and can be accessed off Collier Boulevard. This community has natural gas which is fairly unusual for SW Florida. Amenities include the onsite restaurant, pickleball, bocce, tennis, fitness center, resort style pool, and dog park. There are approximately 1,800 homes built between 2015-2021.


REFLECTION LAKES

Reflection Lakes is further south and a bit east and probably feels the most “Out There” but it is a popular resort-style community with resort style pool, fitness center, basketball, billiards room, bocce ball, BBQ/picnic area, library, card room and kid pool. There 562 homes, built between 2000-2017.
