NAPLES LAKES COUNTRY CLUB INFORMATION

Naples Lakes Country Club is a beautiful, gated community located at the corner of Collier Blvd. (951) and Rattlesnake Hammock road, just minutes from Interstate 75. The main entrance and gate is off Collier Blvd, just north of Rattlesnake Hammock, and homeowners also enjoy a secondary entrance/exit off Rattlesnake Hammock. Naples Lakes is a bundled golf community which means the golf membership is included (or bundled) with your property.

NAPLES LAKES COUNTRY CLUB GOLF COURSE

Of course, the 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course is one of the principal features of this 490-acre gated community, which contains more than 160 acres of lakes and natural Florida preserves. During the summer of 2017, the golf course underwent a complete renovation and re-opened in early 2018. They say this was the last course renovation Arnold Palmer was involved in before his passing. Naples lakes was recently named Best Country Club by Gulfshore Life, best tennis facilities, best golf course, Golfer’s choice just ranked Naples Lakes the #6 Best course in Florida. Recognized by Audubon International for environmental excellence, Naples Lakes Country Club is recognized as a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. NAPLES LAKES COUNTRY CLUB AMENITIES

After you enter this community through the attended guard gate, you quickly spot the dramatic 24,000 square foot clubhouse. It was completely remodeled and expanded in 2014, and features formal and private dining rooms, outside terrace dining, a large grille room with indoor and covered patio seating, a full service and award-winning golf shop, a newly expanded state-of-the-art fitness center, and men’s and women’s locker areas, complete with showers and steam rooms. Additional amenities include an aqua golf range and practice facilities, five Har-Tru tennis courts, and a Junior Olympic-sized community pool and spa located next to the Cabana, an outdoor dining spot with food and beverage service much of the year. Later in 2021, Naples Lakes will be adding a major improvement to their amenities with a poolside cabana restaurant bar, and resort-style pool area.

The Community was built between 2000 – 2005 by Toll Brothers, and is comprised of over 700 residences divided into six Villages. Here are a couple things that make the homes in Naples different from many other communities in Naples: The four multi-family Villages include Condominiums, Carriage Homes, and Coach Homes. Each multi-family Village has a swimming pool complete with a spa and picnic area, and each residence has at least a one-car garage. There are no carports which is very unique. The two single family Villages, including the golf villas and estate homes, have two- or three-car garages and most have their own swimming pools.

HERE ARE THE NAPLES LAKES COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGES:

Barrington Village: Consists of 3 story buildings with luxury condominiums with 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths with a one car under-building garage, or 2 bedrooms + a Den with a 2 car under-building garage.

Lake Arrowhead Village: Consists of carriage homes between the 10th and 11th fairways with 2 bedrooms + den and 1,672 SF to 3 bedrooms homes with 2,184 SF, and all have 1 car attached garages.

Juliana Village: Consist of 88 coach homes and there are two floor plans: either a 2 bedroom + den plan with 2,030 sf of living area, or 3 bedrooms + den with 2,531square feet, all with 2 car attached garages and they were all built between 2000 and 2002.

Providence Village: Consist of 76 coach homes. There are two floor plans: either a 2 bedroom + den plan with 2,030 sf of living area, or 3 bedrooms + den with 2,531square feet, all with 2 car attached garages and they were all built between 2002 and 2004.

Placid Village: Consists of 119 single family homes with 2 bedrooms + a den and 2,321 square feet of living area, up to 3 bedrooms + a Den with 3,149 square feet of living area and 2 car attached garages. Placid Village homes were built between 2000-2004

Tahoe Village: Consists of 140 single family homes with 3 bedrooms + a den and 2,600 square feet of living area, up to 4 bedrooms with 3,385 square feet of living area and close to 50% have 3 car attached garages. Tahoe Village homes were built between 2000-2004

Naples Lakes country Club is an extremely active community. Folks that I spoke to said they love the diversity of the different home types in the community as well as the residents. From the golf course to the tennis courts, to the aqua range and practice areas, everything is impeccably maintained. The women love the golf course, and the men LOVE the golf course.

NAPLES LAKES COUNTRY CLUB PROXIMITY

Naples Lakes Country Club is situated very close to shopping, dining, entertainment, Physician’s Regional Medical Center, Florida Southwestern State College, and 15 minutes from Naples award-winning beaches. When you leave the community through the back gate, you can exit onto Rattlesnake Hammock road, or you have your own private entrance to the Publix grocery store plaza, there is a Walmart a mile to the north, and many other stores, a car wash, and a gas station.

NAPLES LAKES COUNTRY CLUB FEES AND DUES

Golf fees, Condo Fees, and HOA fees are paid quarterly, and include Cable, Internet/WiFi Access, Irrigation Water, Lawn and Landscaping Care, and Exterior Pest Control Exterior. Pets are allowed in Naples Lakes Country Club with minimal restrictions on breed and temperament.

NAPLES LAKES COUNTRY CLUB LEASING

You may lease your home in Naples Lakes if you wish up to 3 times per year, with a minimum lease term of 30 days per lease. Potential tenants are required to submit an application, pay an application fee, and obtain approval prior to leasing.
