Text From The Declaration of Condominium For Willow Bend at Stonebridge (as of 02-12-2021) Regarding Pets:

13.5 Pets. The Owner of each Unit may keep in the Unit small pets of under forty five (45) pounds each, and of a normal domesticated household type (such as a cat or dog) in the Unit. The pets must be leashed or carried at all times while on Condominium Property outside of the Unit. The Owner shall immediately remove any animal droppings left by such Owner's pet upon any such property. The ability to keep such a pet is a privilege, not a right, and the Board of Directors is empowered to order and enforce the removal of any pet which becomes a source of unreasonable annoyance to other residents of the Condominium. No pets of any kind are permitted in leased Units. No reptiles, rodents, amphibians or livestock may be kept in the Condominium.  Tropical fish or caged birds are permitted.
