ABOUT BLACK BEAR RIDGE
Black Bear Ridge is a beautiful gated community perfectly located in sought after North Naples surrounded by world-class shopping and dining and close to Naples award-winning beaches.
Black Bear Ridge is made up of 100 single family homes on oversized lots, and was built by Gulfstream Homes and Stock Development who is one of our favorite local, high end builders between 2006 and 2014 in desirable North Naples. 28 of the homes enjoy direct lake views, and most of the remaining homes have preserve views.
You may lease your Black Bear Ridge home if you wish. You may lease your home up to 3 times per year, and each lease must be a minimum of 90 days. All tenants and leases must be approved prior to each lease.
PETS
Pets are allowed in Black Bear Ridge which we Love! A maximum of 3 pets per home, consisting only of dogs and cats, is allowed but no more than two dogs per home. Pets are allowed between the sidewalk and street, but are not allowed on private lawns nor are they allowed in the playground enclosure, Clubhouse building or Clubhouse pool area.

A: 2020. In March 2020, Treviso Bay began a $3 million renovation to enhance the already world-class course, and they unveiled the enhancements late in 2020. All 18 greens on the Arthur Hills-designed course, plus seven practice greens were renovated. Three greens have also been repositioned. Perhaps most important, all greens have been re-grassed from paspalum to TifEagle Bermuda Grass for smoother and speedier performance, while the collars are now grassed with TifGrand. The Bunkers have been reconstructed with ZLine bunker liners and G-Angle sand. Six were removed from the front nine and seven added to the back nine. The forward ‘Bay’ tees were reconstructed and landscape and mounding work throughout the course was designed to improve the separation of adjacent holes.
