One of the communities we get questions about often is Island Walk.

Island Walk is a beautiful gated community located In North Naples at the North East corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Logan Blvd. The community was built by Divosta Homes utilizing poured concrete techniques.  The centerpiece of Island Walk is the Town Center which contains a state of the art fitness center, restaurant, beauty salon, community room, club house, post office, gas station, car wash, and activities director.  The community also boast a resort-style pool a lap pool, bocce ball courts, a putting green, miles of walking paths over charming bridges.  Most of the pathways lead to the Towne Center. 

Island Walk is nicely located close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and Naples award winning beaches.  There are with 1,850 homes in the community which is a mixture of single family homes, attached villas, and townhomes.   There are 6 basic floorplans with optional variations such as an extra den, bedroom, or half bath in some models  as well as a couple different garage configurations, and you can see all homes for sale in Island Walk below:

And the Carlyle is the largest single family home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a two car side-load motor court garage, front porches, and over 2,500 square feet of living area. Yes, Island Walk is a gated community in North Naples. The main gate is manned 24 Hours a Day, and anyone entering the community but tell the guard who they are visiting along with the address of where they are going, and they are required to show Photo Identification, and have permission from an Island Walk resident to enter the community.

Are There houses on Keewaydin Island?

Yes, there are Several Homes on Keewaydin Island which can only be accessed by boat as there are no roads that connect to the island. All the homes on Keewaydin Island are solar powered as they are not connected to the power company on the mainland.
