One of the communities we get questions about often is Island Walk.
Island Walk is a beautiful gated community located In North Naples at the North East corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Logan Blvd. The community was built by Divosta Homes utilizing poured concrete techniques. The centerpiece of Island Walk is the Town Center which contains a state of the art fitness center, restaurant, beauty salon, community room, club house, post office, gas station, car wash, and activities director. The community also boast a resort-style pool a lap pool, bocce ball courts, a putting green, miles of walking paths over charming bridges. Most of the pathways lead to the Towne Center.
Island Walk is nicely located close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and Naples award winning beaches. There are with 1,850 homes in the community which is a mixture of single family homes, attached villas, and townhomes.
